Orders

  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Once an order is placed on https://thebrasshandicrafts.com, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Refunds

  • Out of Stock or Unavailable Products: In rare cases where a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for the affected product(s).

Returns

  • No Returns Policy: We do not accept returns for our products. Each item is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Damaged Products

  • Receiving Damaged Products: If a product reaches you in a damaged condition, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
    • You must provide proof of the damage in the form of a video taken while opening the package.
    • You must send the damaged product back to us. The shipping charges for returning the product will be borne by you.
    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund if the damage is verified.
    • If your return is approved, we will process the refund amount in your registered bank account within 7-14 days.

Packaging

  • Careful Packaging: We pack all items with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely. Despite our best efforts, damage can occasionally occur during transit. In such cases, please follow the above procedure for damaged products.
